Event Entry Forms
Entrants for all events are encouraged to enter online (see above), but if this is not possible then Entry Forms are available as follows:-
Entry Forms for the Alcoa Mandurah Island Challenge 6.5km Fun Run / Walk event and the Seniors Walk will be available at various locations in the Peel Region from mid-January.

the Entry Form for the 6.5km Bike Ride (322kb PDF file) is only available here.
